 У Японії засудили колишнього офіцера поліції 49-річного Міцукі Фуджі за злив журналістам конфіденційної інформації про слідство. Про це повідомляє Japan Times.

 Він надсилав інформацію до онлайн-медіа в місті Фукуока в червні 2023 року за допомогою повідомлень на смартфоні. Потім інформація пересилалася електронною поштою.

Суд вказав, що масштаби порушення конфіденційності з боку Фуджі є великими, оскільки він поділився інформацією про особисті судимості та подробицями понад 100 справ.

Однак, суддя виніс умовний термін на тій підставі, що Фуджі визнав звинувачення та розкаявся у своєму вчинку.
