Згідно з оголошенням депутата Євгенії Кравчук, представниці партії "Слуга народу", Верховна Рада розглядає законопроект, який передбачає заборону надсилання спам-розсилок та здійснення непроханих телефонних дзвінків.

Вона заявила під час ефіру телемарафону, що такі спамові повідомлення і небажані дзвінки, що мають на меті продаж товарів або пропозицій послуг, будуть повністю заборонені. За її словами, буде вжито заходів для припинення як спам-розсилок, так і непроханих дзвінків.

Крім того, законопроект також передбачає врегулювання питання продакт-плейсменту. 

Згідно з поясненням Євгенії Кравчук, продакт-плейсмент означає ситуацію, коли у фільмі або телепередачі показують, як герой споживає певний продукт, наприклад, кефір. 

Законопроект передбачає повну заборону використання таких хитрощів рекламодавцями, зокрема, заборону продакт-плейсменту для тютюнових виробів. 

Очікується, що нові норми будуть введені для регулювання цих практик та захисту прав споживачів.
