Як свідчить опитування Gradus Research люди все більше надають перевагу споживанню інформації на платформах, де переважає user-generated контент, а новини з’являються миттєво. 65% опитаних дізнаються про події у месенджерах, а 61% — у соціальних мережах. Тоді як у серпні 2020 року частка месенджерів складала лише 41%.

Інформаційні інтернет-ресурси та національні ТБ-канали відходять на другий план. Лише третина опитаних громадян споживає новини із цих джерел інформації. Частка користування інформаційними інтернет-ресурсами зменшилась майже вдвічі у порівнянні з серпнем 2020.
