Сюжет ролика будується на порівнянні: стосунки з мобільним оператором — ніби стосунки з людиною. Тож коли вони стають обтяжливими чи нестабільними, чи є сенс терпіти? 

Особливо це актуально у святковий період, коли люди будують плани на наступний рік, підбивають підсумки та бажають заощадити. Адже у грудні й так чимало витрат — подарунки, розваги, святковий стіл. Тож SMS: «Шановний клієнте, ми вимушені підняти ціну на тариф» може бути дуже недоречне. Саме тому одна з героїнь ролика і питає, чи не піти від нього — теперішнього оператора — й перейти на lifecell зі збереженням номера.
