В Україні запустять «Укрпошта Банк». Уряд передав до управління Укрпошти акції Pinbank для створення поштового банку.
«Укрпошта Банк» надаватиме базові фінансові послуги (відкриття рахунків, платежі тощо), які будуть доступними там, де немає чи недостатньо банківських відділень: у важкодоступних віддалених (на кшталт високогірних), наближених до зони бойових дій і звільнених територіях.
Окрім цього, після запуску банку з’явиться можливість отримувати банківські сервіси вдома для маломобільних людей та осіб з інвалідністю, а у разі вимкнення світла або зв’язку базові банківські послуги будуть доступні в прифронтових і сільських районах.
За словами гендиректора Укрпошти Ігоря Смілянського, послуги банку «стануть доступними впродовж найближчих 4–6 місяців, але про всяк випадок говоримо рік».
