Кабінет міністрів пропонує Раді заборонити державним службовцям належати до політичних партій.

Про це йдеться в урядовому законопроекті № 2490 "Про державну службу", текст якого розміщений на сайті Верховної Ради,пише Gazeta.ua

Зокрема, уряд пропонує Раді заборонити чиновникам перебувати в політичних партіях, а також як-небудь використовувати своє службове становище в цілях політичних партій.

Також у законопроекті сказано, що дія цього закону поширюється на державні посади у секретаріаті Кабміну, АП, апараті РНБО, апараті Верховної Ради, секретаріаті КСУ, секретаріаті Вищої ради юстиції, ЦВК, Рахунковій палаті, секретаріаті уповноваженого з прав людини, у міністерствах та інших центральних органах виконавчої влади, місцевих державних адміністраціях.
