В Киеве планируют уменьшить количество наружной рекламы минимум в 3 раза. В Киевской горгосадминистрации (КГГА) уже начали переговоры с представителями Ассоциации наружной рекламы с целью урегулировать этот вопрос. В КГГА рассчитывают, что представители рекламной индустрии добровольно будут сокращать рекламные конструкции.

Об этом KV стало известно из интервью заместителя главы КГГА Алексея Резникова.

"Откровенно скажу: я ничего не понимаю в рекламе, но моя задача как юриста – создать единые правила игры для рынка и убрать коррупционную составляющую. Я уже начал вникать в этот вопрос и дважды встречался с представителями Ассоциации наружной рекламы. Мы им огласили главный принцип, который предлагаем для совместного взаимодействия: уменьшение количества рекламы в Киеве неизбежно", - сообщил Резников.

По словам чиновника, в Киеве планируют разработать схему всех улиц Киева с указанием, где и какая рекламная конструкция может быть установлена. При чем, информация об рекламе будет известна заранее, на годы вперед.

"Я им сказал честно, что если мы не сможем достичь баланса и интересы бизнеса будут конфликтовать с интересами общества, город встанет на сторону общественного интереса. Люди возмущены перенасыщением рекламой. Город сейчас похож на помойку", - отметил замглавы КГГА.

Как сообщил Резников, в планах – в течение трех месяцев получить нормативные акты, чтобы до конца года количество рекламы уменьшилось. В свою очередь, от представителей рекламной индустрии в КГГА ожидают саморегуляции и, как результат, добровольного сокращения рекламных конструкций минимум на треть.
