Авария произошла в районе поселка Решетиловка. В субботу около 16 часов дня произошла автомобильная авария, в результате которой пострадал народный депутат Украины. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба полтавского облуправления МВД.
ДТП с участием грузовика DAF и микроавтобуса Volkswagen произошло на 164-м километре трассы Днепропетровск - Царичанка - Кобеляки - Решетиловка. Травмированы водитель и пассажир микроавтобуса.
"По предварительной информации, водитель «Фольксвагена» получил закрытый перелом плеча, а его пассажиру в глаза попали мелкие кусочки авто стекла. Оба мужчины жители Киева. Травмированный пассажир является действующим народным депутатом Украины", - говорится в сообщении МВД.
Имя нардепа не указывается. Отмечается только, что ему 45 лет. По даным PRпортала в автомобиле находился Артур Герасимов с фракции БПП. За рулем был его водитель
По факту аварии решается вопрос о внесении сведений в Единый реестр досудебных расследований по части 1 статьи 286 Уголовного кодекса Украины ("нарушение правил безопасности дорожного движения, повлекшее средней тяжести телесные повреждения").
