В Теребовлянском районе Тернопольской области 20 апреля избили двух журналистов во время съемок сюжета о нелегальных заправочных станциях, сообщает пресс-служба Главного управления Национальной полиции Тернопольской области.
"Журналист интернет-издания "Волинь24" и оператор "12 канала" из Луцка зашли на территорию одного из частных предприятий, и во время съемок, как они утверждают, на них напал один из работников учреждения. Пострадавшие говорят, что выполняли редакционное задание по разоблачению работы нелегальных заправочных станций Западного региона. По предварительной информации, у съемочной группы легкие телесные повреждения. Их направили на прохождение судебно-медицинской экспертизы", – сказано в сообщении.
Уголовное производство открыли в соответствии со ст. 171 (воспрепятствование законной профессиональной деятельности журналистов) Уголовного кодекса Украины.
