 Книга рекордів Гіннеса зафіксувала 0,305 секунди для машини Mitsubishi Electric, яка побила попередній рекорд на 0,075 секунди. 0,305 секунди це приблизно такий самий час, який потрібен людині, щоб моргнути. Про це пише Independent.

 Робот виявився більш ніж у 10 разів швидшим, ніж найкращий результат людини, який було встановлено в червні торік у змаганнях зі збирання кубика Рубіка в Каліфорнії.

 Цей рекорд відображає радикальні досягнення в області робототехніки за останні роки. У 2009 році світовий рекорд для робота, який зібрав кубик Рубіка, склав одну хвилину і чотири секунди.

Mitsubishi Electric заявила, що досягла цього результату за допомогою «компактних, потужних серводвигунів, що реагують на сигнали», які дозволили його роботу повернути куб на 90 градусів лише за 0,009 секунди.
