Україна може і повинна запровадити жорстке регулювання Telegram, — вважає голова Комітету з питань свободи слова Ярослав Юрчишин прокоментував арешт Павла Дурова.
Юрчишин, який послідовно виступає за жорстке регулювання або заборону мессенджера в Україні, заявив, що "ніщо не може зупинити рішення, час якого настав ще у 2022 році".
Отже, причина звинувачень Павла Дурова - відмова мережі співпрацювати з державою і модерувати контент, не допускаючи злочинів. За словами нардепа Миколи Княжицького "саме про це мій закон, який принципово не хоче розглядати влада, бо зробила Телеграм головним інструментом власної пропаганди"
Закон стосується не лише Телеграму, а й інших платформ поширення інформації. Причиною його появи стало використання росією таких мереж у війні проти нас.
Мій проєкт закону не пропонував нікого арештовувати. Він вимагає контактувати з українським регулятором, виконувати його вимоги, мати прозору власність. І у разі відмови проєкт забороняє використовувати такі мережі державним органам і сервісам з персональною інформацією. Але цей проєкт, як раніше проєкт про заборону діяльності РПЦ роками лежить у Раді. Одна надія на те, що Президенту Зеленському якийсь мудрий радник порадить не захищати злочинні антиукраїнські сервіси, а й як у випадку з РПЦ очолити рух за наведення ладу у сфері інформаційної безпеки", - написав Микола Княжицький.
Раніше критично висловлювався щодо Telegram і очільник ГУР Кирило Буданов. Водночас керівник ЦПД при РНБО Андрій Коваленко у березні заявив, що питання блокування сервісу в Україні наразі не розглядається....
