Российские депутаты 11 июня ужесточили антиэкстремистское законодательство. Под его действие подпадут также высказывания в интернете.
Об этом этом сообщил Борис Немцов в своем Facebook.
"Вниманию всех пользователей сети. Госдума приняла поправки в УК России, устанавливающие уголовную ответственность за высказывания в интернете. Срок до 5 лет. В частности, в статью 280 Публичные Призывы к экстремистской деятельности. Меня пытались уже привлечь по этой статье за фразу на митинге: "Освобождение России от жуликов и воров начнется с Ярославля!". Не привлекли потому что следователи тогда тоже должны быть признаны экстремистами. Они же по должностным своим обязанностям вроде тоже должны с ворами бороться, а не только с оппозицией. Так что теперь каждый, кто здесь напишет: Долой власть воров! Рискует попасть под статью. Берегите себя", - написал Немцов.
