Юрій "Святоша" Горовець загинув 25 грудня під час диверсійного виходу на Брянщину, він був командиром групи. 

Він звинувачується у тому, що протидіяв проросійському телеканалу "Наш". У червні 2021 року слідство оголосило підозру в перешкоджанні журналістській діяльності та побитті журналіста.

Двічі адвокати подавали клопотання про відмову від обвинувачення. Двічі їм відмовили в прокуратурі.

Цього разу прокурор глузливо сказав, що відмовитися від обвинувачення, якщо Юрію Горовцю присвоять Героя України.
