Британська кондитерка Емма Джейн витратила п’ять днів на створення свого торта для міжнародного фестивалю Cake International. Він на стільки схожий на короля Британії Чарльза ІІІ, що аж лячно, кажуть очевидці. Про це повідомляє New York Post. 

Торт Емми зображує британського монарха у повний зріст таким, як той був у день коронації у травні цього року. Як видно, торт детально відтворює як риси обличчя монарха, та й оздоблення його клейнод, деталії мантії та іншого церемоніального одягу. 

Для створення корони Емма використовувала повітряний рис, маршмелоу та шоколад. Корону прикрашають 2,5 тис. їстівних кристалів, виготовлених із темперованого цукрового ізомальту та цукрової пасти.

Але найскладнішою частиною торту були очі монарха, зізнається кондитерка. Зіниці виготовила із пасти для моделювання, розфарбувала за допомогою спеціальної фарби, контури створила зі спеціального гелю. 

Однак, король Чарльз не єдина зірка на цьому святі життя. Кулінарка Джейн Лешбрук створила торт у вигляді музиканта Оззі Озборна в образі Князя пітьми, який сидить на своєму троні. Теж у повний зріст.
