Такая реклама вызывает двоякие впечатления.

С одной стороны, те, кто "в теме" и понимают почему изображен именно такой "чужой" ребенок, возможно и улыбнутся при увиденному.Но с другой стороны, тема брошенных детей это не шутки, поэтому было бы уместнее изобразить что-то реалистичное и серьезное.
