Недавно Кернес прикупил себе велосипед для лежачих, а теперь и вовсе надумал доказать, что он VIP-инвалид.

В своем фотоблоге харьковский градоначальник показал, какую коляску для людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями он приобрел. Крутить колеса руками Кернесу не приходится, для этого у аппарата предусмотрено механизированное  управление.

И как метко отметили подписчики Кернеса – даже здесь он поставил себе "хромированные" диски.
