Кияни вимагатимуть від влади проведення ефективного та прозорого слідства та притягнення до відповідальності замовників і виконавців підпалу кінотеатру "Жовтень"; виділення коштів на відновлення кінотеатру приміщення з міського бюджету; відновлення приміщення згідно з оригінальним проектом та цільовим призначенням кінотеатру; надання ТОВ "Кіноман" можливість укласти договір оренди на прозорих умовах; гарантій, що кінотеатр разом з ділянкою не буде передаватись у власність комерційним структурам; озвучення конкретних кроків щодо захисту культурної та історичної спадщини міста Києва тощо.
