Поблизу прикордонного пункту Гребенне-Рава-Руська з’явився білборд з написом "Волинь 1943. Не про помсту, лиш про пам'ять волають".

Білборд було встановлено з ініціативи польського депутата від "Громадянської платформи" Марека Познаньського, повідомляє Європейська правда.

Написи на білборді розміщено польською та українською мовами.

"Треба пам’ятати про історію і голосно говорити про події 1943 року. Українці повинні визнати свої помилки", - сказав Познаньський.

Депутат пообіцяв, що ця акція є початком широкої інформаційної кампанії. Черговим етапом буде друк інформаційних листівок про події на Волині – планується, що волонтери роздаватимуть їх на кордоні українцям.

Крім того, Познанський хоче створити депутатську группу з українсько-польського діалогу.

"Розраховую, що під патронатом Міністерства культури вдасться створити польсько-українську групу. В наших парламентах є така можливість. Треба порушити цю тему, важливо говорити про історію", - зазначив Познаньський.

Як зазначив депутат, його родичі теж були жертвами Волинської трагедії, однак він не хоче сварок між народами, а лише примирення
