Виявляється, порятунок потопаючих справа рук самих потопаючих. В сучасних умовах цю фразу замінили іншою: "відповідальність рятує життя". А ще, виявляється, на воді потрібно відпочивати "з розумом".
Тобто, відключим мізки, увімкнув відповідальність і можна на пляж.
