21 серпня президент України Володимир Зеленський нагородив видатних українців відзнакою "Національна легенда України". З цього приводу він одягнувся в мілітарі-вишиванку кольору хакі. Фотографії були опубліковані на Instagram-сторінці офісу президента. 

Примітно, але на сорочці замість звичних візерунків - чоловік і жінка, які тримаються за руки, танки, БТРи, квіти, дерева. Відомо, що її створив український бренд Indposhiv і дизайнер Катя Возіанова.

Також на заході була і перша леді Олена Зеленська. Вона обрала білу вишиванку з широкими довгими рукавами, чорну спідницю максі і білі туфлі.

"Ця нагорода, розпочата рік тому, попри нетривалу історію, має важливе значення і мету. Це належне вшанування з боку держави своїх талантів, геніїв, героїв. Тих, хто серед нас, і ми повинні їх помічати. Тих, кого з нами, на жаль, вже немає, але ми повинні їх пам'ятати", - сказав Зеленський під час церемонії нагородження "Національна легенда України".
