Самовисуванець, депутат Верховної Ради (позафракційний) Сергій Міщенко виграв вибори в Раду в одномандатному виборчому окрузі №98 у Київській області. Він йшов за підтримки блоку Петра Порошенка.

Про це свідчать дані на сайті Центральної виборчої комісії.

За ними, Міщенко набрав 40,23% або 37718 голосів виборців за результатами підрахунку 98,91% електронних протоколів дільничних комісій.

Найближчий його суперник, Володимир Борисенко, висунутий партією "Народний Фронт", який відомий тим, що організував сам на себе замах в останній тиждень перед виборами на 12000 голосів менше

Третє місце посіла Віра Савченко, сеста першого номеру Всеукраїнського об'єднання "Батьківщина" Надії Савченко, набравши менше  7%.

Міщенко народився в 1971 році в Борисполі, освіта вища, безпартійний, проживає в Києві.

Всього у виборах в окрузі №98 брали участь 19 кандидатів.

Одномандатний виборчий округ №98 включає в себе Бориспіль, Бориспільський, Згурівський, Переяслав-Хмельницький, Яготинський райони і частину Броварського району Київської області.
