Онлайн-прем'єра фільму В'ячеслава Бігуна "Страсті" відбудеться 27 лютого. Про це повідомляє Телекритика.

У кінокартині подані враження автора про сучасну окупацію України. Назву фільму митці пояснюють так: "Чому "Страсті"? Це - страждання людини. Колись такі переніс Христос. Нині, образно кажучи, їх переживає Україна, розп'ята на хресті нової геополітичної війни. У фільмі Україна - це молода дівчина. Лесі трохи більше 20-ти. Вона взаємно закохана в молодого російського поета - Лева. Вони щойно провели першу ніч разом. Мріють про спільне майбутнє. Дітей. Ось у Лесі день народження. Але, але... Лев терміново повинен їхати до важкохворої мами в лікарню. Лесю, між тим, навідує брат-близнюк Лева - Міша. Тому теж вона подобається. Але він зовсім інший. Й день народження Лесі стає її днем кошмару. Все йде до трагедії... й до переродження. Бо хочеться вірити в краще, й в людині. Все в фільмі має подвійне значення: буквальне й символічне. Це вступ. Решту побачите й відчуєте самі".
 
У зйомках стрічки задіяні українські та іноземні актори. У головних ролях - Владислава Гаврилюк і Борис Український. Інші ролі зіграли Лідія Головата, Олександр Домовий, Маргус Кобінг, Томас Коллі, Джозеф Латімер, Ігор Свирида та Юрій Іванченко.
 
Як відзначає В'ячеслав Бігун, уперше в своїх фільмах він використав брехтіанський метод відчуження: "Ми звертаємося не так до емоцій, як до розуму глядача".

Фільм знімали в Естонії за сприяння української громади.
 
Знімальна група - міжнародна, що об'єднала фахівців із понад десяти країн світу. Оператор-постановник - естонець Каарел Тіідус, якому асистували фін Акселі Віртанен і португалець Руї Діаз. Художник-постановник - Мееліка Легола, якій сприяли українці Олександр Педос і Тереза Бадзьо.

 Фільм знято трьома мовами - українською (спілкується Леся), російською (Лев і Міша, "ввічливі люди"), а також англійською (образ Заходу).
 
Ключова музика фільму - Іоганна Себастіана Баха.
 
Після інтернет-прем'єри автори стрічки планують провести європейську - в Парижі (Франція).
В'ячеслава Бігун - міжнародний кіномитець і правник, режисер таких фільмів, як "Мати. В ім'я мільйонів" за мотивами оповідання Олександра Довженка, "Місто ангела", "Серце мами Гонгадзе", "Пенальті правосуддя", "Санктуаріум", "Довженко. Український Гомер кіно".
