Голова Вишгородської районної держадміністрації Олександр Горган запровадив інноваційний спосіб боротьби з корупцією. Він перший і поки єдиний український чиновник, який за власною ініціативою встановив відеокамери у своєму робочому кабінеті і здійснює постійну трансляцію в інтернет,повідомляє Еспресо.ТВ.

Прямі ефіри з кабінету голови адміністрації йдуть зі звуком і користувачі мережі Інтернет можуть бачити і чути все, що відбувається на зустрічах і нарадах. Таку практику новий голова РДА проводить останні два місяці з моменту свого призначення.

Крім того, з метою інформування громадян голова Вишгородської РДА щовечора публікує на сторінці в Facebook і Twitter свій докладний робочий графік на наступний день. Таким чином, жителі району можуть не тільки контролювати зміст роботи чиновника і бачити його компетентність, але і відстежувати самі ті наради, які їх цікавлять. 

"Єдина можливість успішно протидіяти корупції - це тотальна прозорість. Такий спосіб запобігання корупції не потребує значних витрат - для цього я використовую звичайний ноутбук та аматорські відеокамери. Відео безкоштовно транслюється через окремий канал YouTube і це теж не потребує жодного фінансування", - розповів голова Вишгородської РДА Олександр Горган.

"Повсюдна трансляція роботи держслужбовців в мережі Інтернет стрімко підвищить ефективність влади. Миттєво проявляться дилетанти. Під прицілом відеокамери чиновник буде змушений інтенсивно і якісно виконувати свою роботу. На особисті справи у нього просто не повинно вистачати часу.

Ця унікальна практика, за умови її обов'язкового впровадження для всіх високопосадовців по всій Україні, гарантовано забезпечить нову якість влади і масштабне зниження рівня корупції", - зазначив Олександр Горган.
