Згідно з повідомленням, за останній місяць з арсеналу Агенції національної безпеки зникли два зразки нової кіберзброї, після чого відбулися кібератаки на низку країн світу, в тому числі Україну. В самій агенції цю інформацію не коментують.

В той же час в уряді Сполучених Штатів заявили, що мають докази причетності до вірусної атаки Північної Кореї та Росії, проте жодних офіційних доказів наразі не було представлено.
