Відтепер всіх помічників депутатів обласних рад і місцевих рад міст обласного значення можна знайти на одному сайті. Ресурс, що отримав назву Посіпаки-2, розширює можливості антикорупційних активістів на регіональному рівні, допомагає швидко виявляти приховані зв’язки та конфлікти інтересів, повідомляє "Бігус.інфо".
Пошук на сайті можна здійснювати як за ПІБ помічника, так і за ПІБ депутата. Крім того, можна переглягути діючий склад депутатів разом з помічниками по кожній з областей.
Ідея проекту виникла після піврічного існування сайту Посіпаки, що містить дані про помічників народних депутатів останніх 5-ти скликань. Цей сайт став безцінною знахідкою для журналістів-розслідувачів, аналітиків і антикорупційних активістів. Водночас, активізація процесів децентралізації виявила необхідність створення подібної бази з інформацією про помічників місцевих депутатів.
У кожного депутата місцевої ради може бути до 5-ти помічників, які працюють на громадських засадах і можуть набувати широкого кола повноважень (за винятком лише права голосу на сесіях). Саме тому інформація про помічників є цінним ресурсом як для журналістів-розслідувачів, так і для антикорупційних органів.
Головна мета проекту - форсування процесу боротьби з корупцією, розвитку підзвітності і прозорості на місцевому рівні.
Станом на сьогодні, на сайті Посіпаки-2 міститься інформація про помічників депутатів 24 обласних і 24 місцевих рад.
Найбільша кількість помічників зафіксована в Миколаївській області - 1003, а найбільша кількість депутатів - 414 - в Черкаській області. Інформація постійно оновлюється та доповнюється.
"Канцелярська сотня" - ініціатива зі створення інформаційних проектів із залученням тисяч волонтерів - програмістів, аналітиків та журналістів. Основна діяльність організації пов’язана з розкриттям та структуруванням даних, що будуть корисні для журналістів та громадських активістів.
