В депутата ударівця немає вищої освіти. Народний депутат від УДАРу Сергій Каплін не має диплому про здобуття вищої освіти. Цю інформацію PRпорталу повідомили в Апараті Верховної Ради

Факт відсутності диплому підтвердили і в Міністерстві освіти. Щоправда, на правах анонімності.

Народний депутат Сергій Каплін вказав у своїй біографії, що закінчив Український державний університет харчових технологій та з 2011 року є студентом Київського національного економічного університету імені Вадима Гетьмана.

Але ні в одному, ні в іншому університеті студента Капліна не знають.

Нагадаємо, раніше під час час он-лайн конференції в "Известиях в Украине" міністр освіти і науки Дмитро Табачник заявив, що деякі депутати не мають вищої освіти. Міністр зазначив, що назвати їх поіменно не дозволяють норми закону про захист персональних даних. За його словами, проблема навіть не у відсутності у деяких депутатів вищої освіти, а в тому, що вони вносять у документи про свою освіту недостовірні відомості.
