Народний депутат та олімпійський чемпіон Жан Беленюк заявив, що на нього намагалися напасти у центрі Києва.

Про це він написав на своїй сторінці у Facebook.

"Кілька хвилин тому, невідомі мені молоді люди, підійшовши до мене в центрі Києва (Печерськ), намагалися спровокувати конфлікт! Вигукуючи образливі речі типу: "чорна мавпа щось знає про патріотизм?!" та "вали до Африки!". Слава Богу, до бійки справа не дійшла. Тому зі мною все нормально, але...", – зазначив нардеп.

При цьому спортсмен поцікавився, наскільки олімпійський чемпіон може себе безпечно почувати на Батьківщині й у рідному місті та чи нормально "в європейській державі чути образливі речі людям, які кладуть життя на її прославляння".

Як відомо, на Олімпійських іграх 2020 у Токіо Жан Беленюк завоював золоту медаль у греко-римській боротьбі у ваговій категорії до 87 кг.
