Журналісти УП запитали секретаря РНБО, чи конституційно вводити санкції проти громадян України.

Секретар Ради нацбезпеки і оборони Олексій Данілов сказав неправду в інтерв’ю «Українській правді» щодо статті закону «Про санкції» про підстави та принципи застосування санкцій. На це звернув увагу колишній державний секретар Міністерства культури та інформаційної політики, нині голова правління ГО «Інститут інформаційної безпеки» Артем Біденко.

Журналісти УП запитали Данілова, чи конституційно вводити санкції проти громадян України. Вони також нагадали, що в законі про санкції немає згадок про можливість запровадження санкцій проти українців, окрім винятку про тероризм.

Натомість секретар РНБО заявив, що закінчив Академію Міністерства внутрішніх справ та «дуже уважно читає» закони. Він додав, що в законі про санкції є «кома і слово "тощо"». На уточнення журналістів, чи трактує він слово «тощо» у законі як можливість введення санкцій, Олексій Данілов відповів: «Давайте ми з вами не будемо тлумачити. Тут якраз проблема, тому що кожен читає як вважає за необхідне».

Артем Біденко 14 січня звернув увагу, що в статті 3 закону «Про санкції» немає «коми-тощо». Ба більше, слова «тощо» немає в жодній із статей цього закону.
