Сьогодні, 26 лютого, розпочалася технічна підготовка до відключення Росії від платіжної мережі з високим рівнем безпеки SWIFT, що об'єднує тисячі фінансових установ у світі.
Про це повідомив міністр закордонних справ Дмитро Кулеба у Facebook.
Офіційне рішення ще не оформлене, однак вже розпочалася технічна підготовка до його ухвалення та запровадження цієї санкції.
Ми гризли-гризли й вигризли. Працювала вся вертикаль української дипломатії – від Президента України до аташе в українському посольстві”, – наголосив Кулеба.
Він подякував тисячам людей, зокрема, українській діаспорі, які тиснули на свої уряди для підтримки цього рішення.
Цю перемогу українські дипломати присвячують усім оборонцям України”, – резюмував мінстр.
Коли Росію відключать від SWIFT – це зробить неможливим пересилання грошей в країну або з неї для фінансових установ. Це може завдати шкоди економіці Росії, а також вплине на російський бізнес з іноземними клієнтами.
