Офіс генерального прокурора повідомив про підозру колишньому міському голові Києва Леоніду Черновецькому через публічні заклики до зміни державного кордону України.

Правоохоронці не називають імені підозрюваного, проте обставини вказують на Черновецького,  який був мером Києва у 2006-2012 роках і зараз живе у Грузії. Черновецький є фігурантом Дошки ганьби «Детектора медіа».

«За даними слідства, на наступний день після початку військової агресії РФ проти України ексмер столиці на власній сторінці у соціальній мережі «Facebook» розмістив публікацію про можливість і навіть необхідність визнання кордонів терористичних організацій – незаконних утворень "Донецька народна республіка" та "Луганська народна республіка"», – повідомляє Офіс генпрокурора.

Згідно з висновками судової лінгвістичної експертизи ця публікація містить публічні заклики до зміни меж території та державного кордону України.
