Міністерство юстиції отримало повноваження проводити перевірку ділової репутації покупця або потенційного покупця засобу масової інформації, пише Мін’юст

 "Під час засідання уряду Кабмін вніс зміни до положення про Міністерство юстиції України, відповідно до яких Мін’юст отримав повноваження проводити перевірку ділової репутації покупця (потенційного покупця) засобу масової інформації.

Це дозволить забезпечити реалізацію закону України "Про запобігання загрозам національній безпеці, пов'язаним із надмірним впливом осіб, які мають значну економічну та політичну вагу в суспільному житті (олігархів)"".

Міністр юстиції Денис Малюська пояснив, що на підставі звернення покупця або потенційного покупця ЗМІ відомство проводитиме перевірку ділової репутації такого набувача.

"Тобто буде надаватися оцінка інформації про виявлення відповідності або невідповідності зазначеної особи вимогам Закону про деолігархізацію. Надалі результати такої перевірки надсилатимуться Раді національної безпеки і оборони України та повідомлятимуться відповідному покупцю ЗМІ", – сказав Малюська.
