Раніше стало відомо, що до шортлисту Премії для молодих журналістів від Thomson Foundation потрапили журналістка hromadske Олеся Біда та працівниця «Страна.ua» Анастасія Товт. Дізнавшись про таке сусідство, hromadske заявило, що відмовиться від участі, якщо Анастасію Товт не виключать з переліку претендентів.
 

Дописувачку видання «Страна.ua» Анастасію Товт виключили з переліку номінантів на Премію для молодих журналістів від Thomson Foundation, про що повідомляється на фейсбук-сторінці організції.

«Ми відкликаємо номінацію журналіста "Страни.ua" з премії Thomson Foundation "Молодий журналіст року" 2022 після того, як нам стало відомо, що видання заборонено в Україні та звинувачено в поширенні російської дезінформації», – йдеться в повідомленні.

28 вересня стало відомо, що до шортлисту Премії для молодих журналістів від Thomson Foundation потрапили журналістка hromadske Олеся Біда та працівниця «Страна.ua» Анастасія Товт.

Дізнавшись про таке сусідство, hromadske повідомило, що відмовиться від участі, якщо Анастасію Товт не виключать з переліку претендентів.

У МКІП повідомили, що звернуться до Thomson Foundation з проханням викключити Товт з номінантів.

Нагадаємо, РНБО України запровадила санкції проти «Страны.ua», а провайдери мають блокувати доступ до сайтів strana.ua, strana.news, strana.one, strana.digital, strana.today та інших, за якими відкривається видання «Страна.ua». Проте наразі в Україні не працює тільки основний сайт видання, натомість його «дзеркала» працюють.
