Телеведуча, медіаменеджерка та редакторка Олена Цинтила  розповіла у своїй відеолекції, як війна змінила комунікації в медіапросторі та які теми зараз є найбільш актуальними для аудиторії. 

Також вона поділилася правилами, що підвищать ефективність комунікаційного повідомлення.

Варто зазначити, що Олена Цинтила певний час перебувал в окупації під Києвом

Олена Цинтила, разом з колишніми  працівники медіа Ріната Ахметова Юрієм Сугаком, Людмилою Добровольською, Віталієм Тарасовим, Олегом Панютою, Володимиром Коваленком, Ігорем Пупковв стали міноритарними акціонерами нової компанії «Ми – Україна». Бенефіціарним власником компанії є Ігор Ігорович Петренко.  Раніше це компанія називалась «ІТ Інновації», тоді її власником був Костянтин Ткаченко, до цього — Антон Дідківський. На початку вересня  компанію придбав Ігор Петренко, який також став її директором. Компанія спеціалізується на телевізійному мовленні.
