У кінотеатрі «Жовтень» відбувся допрем’єрний показ документального фільму «Ефект присутності» про військових журналістів, які загинули.

Фільм, знятий творчим колективом Центральної телерадіостудії Міністерства оборони України, автори присвятили журналістам, чиї життя обірвали російські загарбники, зокрема, своєму колезі та побратиму Олексію Чубашеву.

Глядачі знали Олексія насамперед як автора та ведучого першого в Україні військового реаліті-шоу «Рекрут UA».

У 2021 році медійник звільнився в запас, а з початком повномасштабного вторгнення повернувся на службу.

У червні 2022 року, у розпал найгарячіших боїв за Сєвєродонецьк під час виконання бойового завдання Олексій Чубашев загинув.

Автори кіно вперше для широкого загалу продемонстрували ексклюзивні кадри з останнього бою Олексія «Рекрута» Чубашева.
