Кандидат у депутати Болгарії від проросійської партії "Відродження" Атанас Штефанов у середу викинув з балкону мерії Софії прапор України, який назвав "фашистським". Про це повідомляє  News.bg.

На відео, яке опублікувала маргінальна партія "Мир", видно, як Штефанов знімає прапор з будівлі Софійської мерії та скидає його з балкона під акомпанемент вигуків "Ура!". Прапор потім забрали з вулиці.

"Ми зняли фашистський прапор, якому там не місце. Йому там давно не місце. Смерть фашизму, ми не будемо легітимізувати фашистів і Голокост", – прокоментував свій вчинок політик.

Кандидата в депутати похвалив лідер партії "Мир" Симеон Славчев, який також бере участь у дострокових парламентських виборах 2 квітня. Партія на виборах 2 жовтня 2022 року отримала 4536 голосів (0,18%).

Як нагадує News.bg, ще в жовтні 2022 року прихильники "Відродження" вимагали зняти прапор України з фасаду Софійської мерії, після того, як кількома місяцями раніше прихильникам партії вдалося зняти його вилами, але потім його знову розмістили на балконі будівлі.
