Національна рада з питань телебачення та радіомовлення внесла до Переліку аудіовізуальних медіасервісів на замовлення та сервісів провайдерів аудіовізуальних сервісів держави-агресора 16 сервісів. Такі рішення регулятор ухвалив на засіданні 9 листопада.
«Нацрада зафіксувала невідповідність структури власності цих суб’єктів і/або їх повну чи переважну спрямованість на територію та аудиторію держави-агресора. Ці медіасервіси зареєстровані в Російській Федерації», — сказав член Нацради Максим Онопрієнко.
Також ці суб’єкти, за його словами, для надання доступу до cервісу використовують доменне ім’я з держави агресора. Як мова інтерфейсу застосовується за замовчанням державна мова агресора — російська; правила користування й політика аудіовізуальних медіасервісів на замовлення базуються на національному законодавстві держави-агресора, також присутня російська реклама.

- Цифровое ТВ 20 каналов бесплатно (Tsifrovoe TV 20 kanalov besplatno)
Упродовж трьох робочих днів Нацрада має повідомити Національну комісію, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах електронних комунікацій, радіочастотного спектру та надання послуг поштового зв’язку, щодо обмеження доступу до цих вебсайтів.
Використання мобільних застосунків цих сервісів також заборонене. Програмне забезпечення цих сервісів не можна встановлювати.
