В Україні запрацював безкоштовний застосунок із ліцензійними дитячими книгами Library For All Ukraine. У вільному доступі можна прочитати сотні творів англійською та українською мовами.  Координатором проєкту виступила Тетяна Орлюк.

Благодійний освітній проєкт Library For All Ukraine розроблено Австралійською організацією Library For All, яка займається підтримкою книжкової сфери на міжнародному рівні. Над створенням проєкту почали працювати 3 серпня 2022 року під керівництвом Тетяни Орлюк – співзасновниці бібліотеки Book Box.

“Я почала усміхатись з моменту, коли проходила реєстрацію – діти (чи дорослі) можуть обрати милий аватар, вказати свій вік та вподобання – і програма запропонує багато різних книжок з цієї теми. І це – ще одна скарбничка книг українською. Для тих, хто зараз намагається зберегти контакт з мовою, і для тих, хто хоче закохати дітей в читання, і для тих, хто любить читати”, – прокоментувала застосунок на своєму Facebook дитяча психологиня Світлана Ройз.

Розробники проєкту запевняють, що увесь контент застосунку легальний – на кожну книгу у правовласника була куплена ліцензія. Library For All Ukraineдоступний для користувачів Android та iOS, наповнений щонайменше сотнею книг. Інтерфейс програми повністю продуманий для дитячого сприйняття: тваринки-аватарки та зірочки за кожну прочитану книгу.
