Минулого року Китай уперше став найбільшим у світі експортером автомобілів, обійшовши Японію, - повідомляє ,The Wall Street Journal.

Експорт легкових машин, вироблених у Китаї, склав рекордні 3,83 млн. одиниць, що на 62% більше, ніж роком раніше. 

Загальний автоекспорт із Китаю у 2023 році становив 5,26 млн машин — приблизно на $102 млрд. Тоді як загальний автоекспорт із Японії, за прогнозами експертів, у 2023 році досягне 4,3 млн машин. 

Стати найбільшим у світі експортером автомобілів у світі Китаю допомогла росія , яка істотно наростила імпорт китайських автомобілів на тлі війни в Україні, відходу з країни багатьох західних автовиробників та санкцій.

Якщо 2022 року в росії було продано близько 160 тис. автомобілів з Китаю, то 2023 року ця цифра «виросла щонайменше вп'ятеро».
