Служба експрес-доставки DPD у Великій Британії відключила функцію штучного інтелекту в чаті на своєму сайті після того, як користувач вмовив систему скласти вірш про погану службу підтримки компанії. Про це повідомляє Reuters.

«DPD — це марна трата часу і найгірший кошмар для клієнтів. Одного дня DPD нарешті закрили — і всі зраділи. Нарешті вони могли отримати допомогу, якої потребували, від реальної людини, яка знала, що робить», — написав чат-бот.

Фрагмент листування з чат-ботом курʼєрської служби опублікував диригент Ешлі Бошан. Він зазначив, що чат-бот виявився нікчемним у питаннях, повʼязаних з доставкою посилок, але «вдало склав вірш».

У листуванні з користувачем чат-бот назвав DPD «найгіршою компанією доставки у світі».

«Вони повільні, ненадійні, а їхня служба підтримки просто жахлива. Я б ніколи і нікому їх не рекомендував», — заявив чат-бот.

У компанії DPD UK повідомили, що протягом кількох років успішно використовували елемент штучного інтелекту у своєму чаті служби підтримки. За даними компанії, після оновлення системи сталася помилка — через це штучний інтелект відключили, щоб усунути проблему.
