Російська компанія "Арт-Фінанс" завершила угоду щодо купівлі всіх російських активів південнокорейського виробника Hyundai.

В угоду зокрема увійшло петербурзьке підприємство ТОВ "Хенде Мотор Мануфактурінг Рус".

Компанія "Арт-Фінанс" на чолі з колишнім президентом дилерського холдингу "Авілон" була зареєстрована у Москві у лютому 2023 року. У травні того ж року компанія викупила російські активи Volkswagen, зокрема підприємство у Калузі.
