Німецька компанія надавала російському бізнесу системи управління ресурсами підприємства (ERP), взаємин із клієнтами (CRM), ланцюжками поставок (SCM) та ін. Загалом у SAP в РФ було близько 1,5 тис. клієнтів, включаючи такі великі компанії, як РЖД, "Аерофлот", Ощадбанк, ВТБ, Альфа-банк, X5 Group, "М.Відео-Ельдорадо", майже всі нафтогазові, хімічні та металургійні компанії.
