Керівник індійської ІТ-компанії Tata Consultancy Services К Крітівасан заявив Financial Times, що штучний інтелект призведе до «мінімальної» потреби в кол-центрах уже через рік. 

"Ми знаходимося в ситуації, коли технологія повинна передбачати надходження дзвінка, і завчасно вирішити проблему клієнта», - сказав він.

Крітівасан додав, що незабаром чат-боти зможуть аналізувати історію транзакцій клієнтів і виконувати більшу частину роботи, яку виконують агенти кол-центру. 

Ширше впровадження генеративного ШІ змінить тип центрів допомоги клієнтам у таких країнах, як Індія та Філіппіни.

 TCS, підрозділ індійського конгломерату Tata, який працює з транснаціональними компаніями над розробкою їхніх ІТ-систем, має понад 600 000 власних співробітників і річний дохід майже 30 мільярдів доларів.
