Генеральний директор WABC Джон Каціматідіс заявив, що шоу Джуліані прибрали з ефіру через необґрунтовані заяви, що президентські вибори у США 2020 року були сфальсифіковані. Про це  пише Deadline.

У  2021 році виборча компанія Dominion Voting Systems подала серію позовів про наклеп проти основних медіа, а також Джуліані. Тоді телекомпанія Fox була оштрафована на 787,5 мільйонів доларів.

 Каціматідіс аби захистити станцію від можливого штрафу ухвалив рішення відсторонити Джуліані з його провокативними заявами.

Джуліані продовжує вести шоу на X/Twitter, а в неділю розкритикував станцію та заявив, що його звільнили «за відмову піддаватися цензурі щодо президентських виборів 2020 року».
