Також США виділили $57,9 млрд на підтримку цивільного населення, прагнучи розвивати «сильну, різноманітну та відкриту українську економіку». Також частину цих коштів витратили для підтримки веб-сайту, який містить інформацію про ключові місця для зйомок фільмів.

 За допомогою USAID створено базу локацій, до якої увійшли замки, кладовища, пляжі, фабрики та гірські резиденції, які можна використати для зйомок
