The Guardian пише, що російський державний "Фонд підтримки та захисту прав співвітчизників" ("Правфонд")  розповсюджує кремлівську пропаганду у країнах Європи.

російський держфонд насправді є операцією впливу Москви, що діє в 48 країнах Європи та всього світу.

Група витратила мільйони євро на фінансування пропагандистських і правових кампаній.

Публічні дані показують, що місцеві партнери "Правфонду" отримали мільйонні державні субсидії від ряду європейських країн, де фонд має місцеві відділення.

Крім того, "Правфонд" також допомагав оплачувати захист засудженого торговця зброєю Віктора Бута та вбивці Вадима Красікова, а також найняв низку колишніх офіцерів розвідки як керівників своїх операцій у європейських країнах
