Креативна агенція ANGRY та бренд рюкзаків KITE видали першу власну книгу про дихання «Фух і Дмуха».

Книга з’явилася у межах програми підвищення рівня ментального здоров’я Kite Mental Health Program.

«Фух і Дмуха» — це книга про дихання для дітей від 6 років та їхніх батьків, написана спільно з дитячою психологинею Наталією Пашко. Текст писала Ярина Завадович, ілюстрації малював Олесь Дерега, дизайн робила Ольга Кузовкіна.

 
 

Це історія про повітря, двох його мешканців і пригоди, які з ними трапилися, відколи вони покинули свої домівки. Фух і Дмуха опиняються глибоко під водою та високо у горах, дізнаються щось нове про дихання, знаходять несподіваних друзів та допомагають їм і, зрештою, намагаються повернути легкість собі — бо без неї ну ніяк не зможуть потрапити додому.

У книзі чимало цікавих фактів та практичних вправ, щоби заспокоїтися або навпаки — оговтатись, аби діти змогли стати стійкішими ментально.
