Велика Британія підозрює 37 компаній в обході нафтових санкцій проти росії.

Розслідується їхня роль у порушенні ембарго на морські поставки та встановлену ​​цінову стелю $60 за бар. Євросоюз має обмежити доходи росії, зберігаючи при цьому стабільність цін на світовому ринку. 

OFSI почало перевірку 52 компаній із цього питання, отримавши додаткові €60 млн на забезпечення санкцій.

Розслідування 15 випадків завершено у серпні, але у 37 випадках розслідування триває, при цьому штрафи та імена компаній залишаються таємницею. 

Керівник антикорупційної організації Global Witness Луїс Вілсон висловив обурення з приводу відсутності покарань від британського Мінфіну за порушення санкцій та закликав до суворіших заходів. 

США стверджують, що санкції діють, оскільки росії доводиться продавати нафту зі знижкою 17 відсотків.
