Ватикан показав аніме-талісман Ювілейного  2025 року — дівчинку на імʼя Люче. Про це пише Catholic News Agency. Ювілей у католицькій церкві — це особливий «священний рік благодаті та паломництва». Зазвичай він відзначається раз на 25 років і дозволяє вірянам отримати індульгенцію, пройшовши через Святі двері у Ватикані. 

Талісман представив архієпископ Ріно Фізікелла. Люче, що в перекладі з італійської означає «світло», покликана залучити молодь до католицтва через сучасну попкультуру.

Люче одягнена в жовтий дощовик, що символізує прапор Ватикану і шлях через «життєві бурі». Брудні черевики й посох паломника показують довгий, важкий шлях і зрілість дівчинки. Дизайн Люче та її друзів розробив художник Сімоне Леньо — зізнався, що з дитинства любить японські мультфільми аніме, тож сподівається, що образ відгукнеться в серцях молоді.

Люче візьме участь у виставці коміксів і відеоігор Lucca Comics and Games, яка пройде цього тижня в італійському місті Люкка. Ватикан вперше бере участь у подібному заході. Також Люче стане символом павільйону Ватикану на Expo 2025  в Осаці, Японія.
