 Українці все частіше обирають розважальний контент, а не новини. Дослідження Gradus Research, проведене в жовтні 2024 року, показало, що 79% опитаних надають перевагу художнім фільмам і серіалам. Новини та соціально-політичні програми займають друге місце (68%), а музичні шоу — третє (63%). Ці зміни пояснюються втомою громадян від постійного стресу, викликаного тривалою війною.  

 Telegram лідирує серед джерел новин. Його використовують 75% українців, слідом ідуть соцмережі (56%) та відеоплатформи на кшталт YouTube (51%). Telegram залишається найпопулярнішим месенджером в Україні — ним користується 90% респондентів, незважаючи на обмеження для держслужбовців.  

YouTube домінує серед джерел розважального контенту, охоплюючи 63% споживачів. Молодь активно користується соцмережами для перегляду відео: тут споживання складає 58% у Facebook/Instagram та 53%.
