З 1 грудня Китай запровадив посилений контроль за експортом товарів подвійного призначення. 

Це призвело до зупинки постачання до росії електроніки, металевих виробів, газового та мінерального обладнання – від станків до посуду.

Новий список включає 10 категорій продукції, серед яких токсини, аерокосмічна техніка та інші товари. Загалом документ охоплює тисячі найменувань на 140 сторінках і вимагає спеціальних ліцензій для експорту, а також інформації про кінцевого споживача.

Обмеження насамперед викликані торговими конфліктами між Китаєм і США. 

Китайські виробники та російські компанії припинили постачання, щоб з’ясувати, як застосовувати нові правила.

Через це затримуються виконання державних замовлень та контракти, зокрема постачання металевої фурнітури, сувенірів і обладнання.
